High power AI rack build

Data Center Manufacturing / high power AI rack build taught from IPC/WHMA-A-620

IPC/WHMA-A-620 TelemView certificate

This course provides instruction to those who are responsible for building or inspecting high power AI racks taught from IPC/WHMA-A-620.

Who attends. This track is for data center rack technicians. Specialists who read work instructions, rack elevations, and Eplan documentation, then build and inspect data center test racks.

What students do. Read the build package. Assemble the rack. Route, dress, and label copper, fiber, and power. Torque. Run a commercial fiber test. Inspect in process. Label and close.

Workmanship. Accept or reject the rack against the operations taught from IPC/WHMA-A-620. Hardware that meets the standard ships. Hardware that does not is reworked in class.

Certificate. TelemView certificate of completion for the class as offered.

Crimp and harness

NASA-STD-8739.4 crimp, cables, harnesses and wiring

NASA-STD-8739.4 TelemView certificate

This course provides instruction to those who are responsible for building or inspecting electrical cables and harnesses per NASA-STD-8739.4. Students train in the methods required for reliable solderless connections on space flight hardware.

Who attends. This track is for avionics wire harness technicians. Cable and harness specialists and manufacturing personnel whose interconnects will be inspected to NASA-STD-8739.4.

What students do. Crimp, assemble, tie, strain relieve, and inspect cables and harnesses. Read a formboard.

Workmanship. Accept or reject a crimp and a harness against NASA-STD-8739.4. A bad crimp is rejected before it ships.

Certificate. TelemView certificate of completion for the class as offered.

Soldering

J-STD-001 with Space Addendum

J-STD-001 TelemView certificate

This course provides instruction to those who are responsible for soldering or inspecting high reliability assemblies per J-STD-001. The Space Addendum adds the criteria used on space flight hardware.

Who attends. Electronics specialists, inspectors, and manufacturing personnel who solder or inspect assemblies that will be judged to J-STD-001.

What students do. Practice soldering and inspection against J-STD-001 criteria, including Space Addendum requirements covered in class. Materials, heat, cleanliness, and documentation.

Workmanship. Accept or reject solder joints against the standard. Recognize common defects. The finished assembly must meet the criteria taught in class.

Certificate. TelemView certificate of completion for the class as offered.

Recertification (name the standard at request)

Name the standard at request

This retraining course provides instruction to those whose prior training is coming due. Name the standard at request. Retraining in this field is commonly required on a 24 month cycle.

Who attends. Specialists who already hold training on the named standard and need the shorter recert lab and evaluation.

Workmanship. Refresh the operations, complete the evaluation, and document current training. If prior training has lapsed, the full initial course may be required. Tell us the standard and last training date.

Certificate. TelemView certificate of completion for the class as offered.
